New items are usually listed on the weekends. Please check the facebook page for all updates. I will not send notifications of new items or shop updates through email.

Items

About 99% of the items in the shop come directly from Japan. I believe that all of the items are authentic and I am strongly against the sale of fake/unlicensed goods. I may not always be aware of it so please let me know if you believe that there are fake/unlicensed items for sale in the shop. All items are very limited in stock and it may be unlikely that I can re-stock the item. However, feel free to put requests for items in the Cbox.

All Sales Are Final. Please read item descriptions and look at the pictures carefully before you decide to purchase it. Please contact me if you would like additional information for any product. All items are kept in good care and are checked before being packed. I will only offer a refund or exchange if it is a mistake on my part.

Free Items

All items in this category have a purchase requirement and are not priced for individual sale.  You can select up to 3 free items as long as your purchase qualifies for it.  (Ex: $30 purchase => 1 Free with a $10 purchase and 1 Free with a $20 purchase item)  In addition, you are responsible for the shipping cost of the free item(s).  Please add the items to your order and the total will be adjusted for it later. 

Payment

I accept payments through PayPal which includes credit cards. I will also accept checks/cash but I will not be responsible if it goes missing so please be very careful. Please let me know if you do not have a PayPal account and/or you are planning to send your payment through the mail.

Order Process

Place Order => Order Confirmation Email => Email for Total Amount & Payment => Send Payment => Order Shipped

When you are ready to place your order proceed to checkout and enter in all the necessary information. The order will NOT include the shipping and you will NOT be charged for anything when you submit your order. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your order has been placed successfully. Usually within 1-3 days, you will receive an email for the total amount when I have calculated the shipping cost. Please understand that there may be delays. Payment should be submitted in 3 days after the email is received.

Order Changes & Cancellation

Please refrain from making changes to your order especially after payment has been sent. Any significant changes may be charged a fee or loss of any free items. Your order will be given low priority if it becomes an inconvenience.

If you decide to cancel your order, you are not allowed to place any orders for 2 months. Orders may be cancelled without notice if there is an issue with the order or the customer.
The most common reasons for order cancellations include orders with ineligible/too many free items, disregard of the shop policies, and a bad order record. Please understand that there is little incentive to process any orders that may never be paid for.

Holding Orders/Items

I am willing to hold orders for customers with a good record. If I do hold your order I hope you will pay for the order. If there are any issues it will affect your future chances of holding items. Please place an order for the items that you want and let me know when you expect to pay for the order. Orders may be combined. I cannot hold items that are not available.
